Hands-on environmental administration
Companies have different environmental obligations, even when you don’t need an environmental coordinator from a legal perspective.
StenviQ will map these obligations together with you and can also take on the following tasks:
- Perform periodic site visits to identify environmental improvements to comply with applicable environmental regulations. An action list will be developed and following up on actions can be provided.
- Perform environmental compliance audits to check compliance with environmental permit conditions, general environmental conditions and group standards, if applicable.
- Development of a chemical register of hazardous materials.
- Preparation of the IMJV (Integrated Environmental Annual Report).
- Periodic review of changes to environmental legislation and evaluation of the potential impact.
- Periodic declarations of marketed batteries, EEE and packaging materials to BEBAT, Recupel and Valipac, respectively.
Maintain waste register. - Develop an environmental follow-up plan to have a nice overview of the inspections to be carried out, company wastewater analyses, air emission measurements …
Environmental management systems
Environmental management systems such as for example ISO 14001, support companies to manage their environmental impact. We can help your company prepare for environmental management certifications. Together with you, we identify, through on-site assessments and interviews, which areas still need to be addressed to ensure you are ready for certification. If desired, we can also perform an environmental audit prior to a certification audit or assist you during the certification audit itself.
Guidance on environmental permit
We list all the activities, installations and hazardous materials that will be stored and identify the potential impact on soil, water and air. You will receive an overview of the potential environmental conditions right from the start so that you have immediately a clear view on your environmental requirements. You will also receive guidance on how to align your plans as efficiently with the applicable legislation. This is where added value is created.
EHS Compliance
By conducting EHS Compliance Audits, we verify your compliance with environmental permit conditions, general environmental conditions, safety legislation and any group standards. We can also go a step further and create an action plan for your company and implement actions to eliminate deficiencies.
